We could fly with the Messerschmitt Me 509, which is more than Messerschmitt ever did as it was cancelled. Looked like this, with engine behind pilot, tricycle undercarriage and a pressurised cockpit:

But let’s stay on terra firma with the Fiat 509. Made from 1924 to 1929 with a variety of models and bodies, the 509 had a 990cc OHC engine with 22 bhp. Not enough for you, even with it weighing 650 or so kg? The 509 SM rose to 30 bhp.

Top trivia: in 1928 the price included insurance.
