I am looking for anyone who lives in the Phoenix area that could go to a junk yard and check out a parts car they have and see how things look. I have a good list of parts I need, weather I can afford them or not is a whole other thing, but I would never trust buying online not being able to actually look at the car. The place is 20th St Auto parts with an address of
20th Street Auto Parts 3244 South 40th Street, Phoenix Arizona 85040
Seriously? They must have mover or something. I digress, if anyone would be willing to check them out for me, Please let me know.

A 928 with a manual gearbox? what is so wrong with it to prevent it from being a project car, rather than a parts donor?
A stick 928 deserves to be resurrected, if it isn’t totaled.

I may be able to help you out. I work in Tempe. Tues-Thursdays’ I am out and about the valley doing various things for my company. I should be able to run by the yard for you and look over the car. I’m not a Porsche guy, so I would need to have DETAILED info on exactally what you need and where to look if it’s something other than like interior pieces etc. I would also be willing to snap some pics and text/email if you want. We could also work out something if you needed the parts picked up, I have a van at work.

Awesome, when ever works for you. Current pictures of whats left on the interior because I could use quite a bit of it. Especially door panels, bits from the center stack, rear sun visors (inside above rear seats on rear hatch), radio, rear seat console, and rear muffler. I’d say seats, but they say they are powered and I don’t have powered seats, but take a look at them too I guess. Thank you so much!!! Oh and an engine bay photo.

Do I need to mention you specifically, or just call and ask if it’s able to be looked at in general?
