You remember my post about the fact that I need another G-body?

Well, I had this dream.

I was peeling out of a dairy queen in a GMT400 extended cab with a 2-3” drop, a big cam, 17” soft 8s tucked under pocket flares with fat goodyears with white lettering, an MCM chopped! sticker on the back, and a loud exhaust. I must do this.

Admit it, you want a modestly modified stepside ranger AND a G body

Actually, I want a Ranger with a 302 and an 8.8, and an MCSS.

I will own another G-body. But dammit, I need a truck. And as my parents need it as a secondary family car, I must buy a 1500.

MCSS = G-body Monte Carlo SS.

I’m a big fan of reasonably lowered 1500s.

I would buy a Ranger, but 1) they’re expensive in BC (2k more than a C1500) and 2) my parents also need to use it. But hey, you never know ;)

My dream is a 1982-83 Regal wagon and 1982-87 Caballero given the Grand National treatment

I recently saw a video of a G-Body Hurst Olds driving to a Dairy Queen. That might’ve been where you got that part of the dream.

And, who coined the term “peeling out of a Dairy Queen?” Why not Bojangles or Home Depot :D

Problem is they’re different widths, I know this because I want to do the same.
