- asked regarding my Civic for sale. Well, considering Honda has never put a v6 in a civic, and a V4 isn’t even a thing, I'm going to go with neither.I’m starting to realize that people that just stop to look at a car randomly are even worse to deal with than people that saw it on Craigslist.

It’s not an engine Honda has offered in a car, thing. I do remember a Honda Motorcycle with a V-4, the V45 and V65 I think. Any way, I agree with the Op, the guy asking was un informed.

That’s pretty bonkers. Similarly bonkers but more real was the engine that Ricardo were developing before the financial meltdown was a supercharged v6 that ran a two or four stroke cycle dependant on throttle load. Full throttle was four stroke, under half throttle was two stroke.
