Auburn California. You know, that guy...

Kinja'd!!!

The one that wins most everything for Chip Ganassi in the Grand-Am Rolex series since 2004, raced champ-car, IMSA, Trans-Am, Grand-Am, a ringer for NASCAR’s road courses....and he makes some apparently pretty good wine.

Looking at prices, Jeff is prouder of his wines than Scott....jeez...but only by a few bucks. I still don’t believe any bottle should really be more than $20 for the really good stuff.

I really want to try a bottle of one of his whites but yeah I can’t justify spending 40 bucks on a bottle. That said if it was a bottle of aged Jameson I’d be all for spending 40 bucks. Im just not much of a wine person

You guys just haven’t been ruined by good wine yet. True there are good ones out there for under $30, but I think you have to totally naive if you think no bottle of wine should be more than $20... Granted wine for $1,000 a bottle it a bit ridiculous, not to mention $15,000... It comes down to supply and demand as well as quality, just like any other product. Though good wine should really be considered art.
