On Saturday the 18th of July, the Vintage Sports Car Club of Great Britain made their much anticipated return to Cheshire’s Oulton Park. The north-westerly location meant that the entry list was slightly down on numbers, but it was still healthy.
Of course, I was there as per usual - armed with only my phone camera - but I made do. Enjoy, everyone.

Those are beautiful cars! Also, your phone camera did good!

Thank you for the kind words! Still not impressed by some of them myself, I yearn for a quiet day with a DSLR... but pre-war racing cars are pre-war racing cars, so I can’t really complain.

What’s with the X on some cars?

The MSA (Motorsport Association of Great Britain) stipulate that you need to run a Novice sticker for your first 6 races.

10/10 potato photos! Looks like you got a little cloud cover now and then, what a nice day for photos. Thanks for the upload.

It was definitely overcast at times, with a very chilling wind to boot too. Certainly not the most unpleasant race meeting I’ve been to, but not exactly the warmest!
