4 Hours in, here’s the results so far on the likelihood of the FCA rumors reaching production. I’m leaving the poll up to get more data. Poll here:

The results are more optimistic than I am.
I’d love to see a rehashed GLH.

I know, I’m especially surprised people are so 100% about the Grand Wagoneer.
There was a brief period where the ADR was doing better than the T/A.
I think the GLH is the most logical of the performance options, or the T/A.

I think there’s room in the market for a new Grand Waggy. It’d have to be priced in the Escalade region though and that would almost necessitate a platform mate from “Ram”.

I absolutely think there’s a market, it’s more that Jeep has been so quiet about it compared to their other projects.

FCA has been pretty quiet about all of their projects. That’s what seems off about these “teasers”.

Several sound more like SEMA show cars than future products.

They all sound like SEMA specials.
I wouldn’t mind Ma Mopar proving me wrong though.

The past 5 years or so they’ve been quiet about most of their new product. I always use the Cherokee as an example, nobody new it was coming until there was pictures of it rolling off the assembly line. I don’t even remember any rumors about it.
2nd example is the Hellcat twins. The Challenger was officially revealed at the Detroit Auto Show in January, and was on sale a few weeks later, sold out in March. Very little on that beforehand, just rumors that a “supercharged Hemi with more than 600 hp” was in development for the Challenger, nothing on the Charger.

Wasn’t there going to be something about Il Miata, I mean the Fiat 124 Spider?

The rumor posts have said it was there, but have mostly ignored it.

I’d have ignored everything else! But then I’m one of those Miata guys.
