File this under “lessons learned” - if you rip a bunch of crap out of a race car that is still on stock suspension, you’re gonna find that it sits higher than it used to. Depending on the suspension geometry of the particular car, it might be very upset about that and it might behave in a way that you find surprising and/or unpredictable. If that’s the case, it’s best to address it before really trying to push the car. Noted for future reference. You are all totes welcome.

I have a set of 1.5 inch lift springs for my Sti sitting on my coffee table that need installing. I’m interested to see how that’ll change how it drives on the hard stuff.

Yeah he’s just starved for attention lol. Last week he owned like 51% of it, this week it’s like 46%. He asked me to ungray that I was like uhhhhhhhhhhhh I’ll think about it. Ugh, co-owners, amirite? =)

Replacing a bunch of suspension components this weekend, cutting springs to get ride height geometry back to normal and attempting to file strut towers to allow for some extra camber. Wish us luck! Car will get MCS singles this winter hopefully

Very generous, thanks! We’re working on cutting the stock springs this weekend as a stopgap while we replace control arms and a few other components.
