Legally you can’t call it gluten free because you obviously can’t make beer without gluten. Even after the removal process you still can’t advertise it as gluten free.
This beer cost me zero dollars, and it admittedly tastes not bad, which is why I enjoy it in the privacy of my home because this is the most pretentious beer I’ve ever had.

you aren’t allowed to drink this beer unless you’ve eaten some kale first and synced your fitbit to wifi and bragged on facebook about it.

I don’t like kale at all. Spinach is the only way to go.

You’d be surprised how much access Celiacs get to food and drinks nowadays. It is actually amazing. Oh, and surprisingly, gluten free pizza, to me, tastes better than traditional.

I used to live 1 block away from a gluten free grocery store. That was back in 2009. If they didn’t go under during the recession, they must raking in the dough today.

I dont even know what the hell kale tastes like. There is a bag of it in my fridge that my wife bought. Not going near it (and I love vegetables). I’m not vegetable hipster. I’ll eat my carrots, lettuce, and tomatoes and stay healthy.

My wife is allergic to wheat and Coors has a new copper ale that is pretty good. Also Red Bridge is a staple for her.

I never understood the disdain for fitness trackers if it helps motivate someone to be healthier.

I’m all for being healthier, but shut the heck up about how many steps you took yesterday. It's fine if it's a personal motivator and not a source of boasting.

I have been celiac since 2002, back then gluten free bread had to be kept frozen then toasted just to stay together. The hipsters have made my life so much better, its not even funny.
