What was it? Air bubbles in the system. Thought I was going to have to get parts and get dirty, nope. For once it’s the best case scenario. Took the cap off, jacked the front of the car up about 8 inches. Ran the car for 30 seconds. Dropped her and did a 20 min test drive. Everything seems to be in order. So, I think that was it. Now time to put those tires on.

It’s this weird thing where we take the cheaper, more reliable car and sacrifice some Italian styling. But, yet still yearn for a GTV.

I’ve owned 02s for 20 years, but I would trade my 2002 right now for a good GTV, no questions asked.

Can’t dissagree. I’d love a 5 speed mounted in the center console. But, 02s are torquier.

They are, but the way those Alfa twincams spin... oh my.

Again, I can’t disagree. In love with my car right now, though.

Glad I caught a break. Still going to replace the water pump soon. Found some green oxidized buildup at the seep hole.
