This is a short and easy to follow guide to optimize your track day experiences. One of the most important things is to add lightness by removing as much weight from your vehicle as possible.
Let’s start with the car. Before you take it to the track, give it a thorough cleaning inside and out. All that dirt and grime on the exterior could drag you down. Clean up the interior as well. Remove dust, papers, receipts, bottles, cans, wires, coins, sunglasses, CDs, whatever you may have in there. If you’re feeling ambitious, remove all seats but the driver’s chair.
Now, YOU. Make sure you are showered and clean. Also, pee and poop before hitting the track. Shave all your hair... armpits, chest, pubic, back, facial, etc. For those who like their hair long, cut it to the shortest length you prefer. Remove all necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings, jewelry, etc. Remove any paint from your nails as well. Clip your nails while you’re at it... and get your eyebrows threaded. Each hair matters.
Also, do not wear any clothes. If you must, just go in your underwear, swimsuit, or bikini.
I hope this guide helps you. Happy racing!

CDs
Focus on maximum impact, like Heavy D and the Boyz, The Brand New Heavies, Fat Boys, Fats Domino, Pavement, and MC 900 Foot Jesus.
Only if you have extra time to clean should you worry about 2 Skinnee J’s, Thin Lizzy, and Fiona Apple.

Consider having your wisdom teeth removed. Also I hear you only need one kidney.
