I missed the last race because I was in California, and now I’m missing this one because Saturday is my move in day. Oh well. If I was still home Verizon would kick me out anyway. It will be interesting to see how the internet is on campus because my dorm only has wifi and no ethernet ports.

Turns out I might be able to make this. They’re making us take a class photo tomorrow at 4:00, so if that doesn’t take too long I should be able to get back in time for the race, assuming I actually have my Xbox set up. If I’m not there, don’t wait up.

Don’t plan on it. If I need that fifteen minute window I’ll let you know tomorrow. It all depends on how much I get unpacked. Also depends if I can get my wheel set up in time. I don’t want to race without it, but I’ll do tag if I can’t get it ready in time.

when you say about 4:34 how strict are we being on this? as if I get a super clean lap I’m about 2-3 secs quicker but if I go off at any point (highly likely as I’m only on the first tyre upgrade) I’m 2-3 secs slower :/

Not really strict at all for that reason, just build a car you think is fair and call it good.

And you should be on racing slicks unless you’re looking to drop PI because you’re too fast, all handling and tire upgrades are required in this series (Robo’s is the only one with open upgrades). It’ll actually make your lap time a lot faster even with less power.

I keep getting mixed up with which upgrades were required with 2 different series rules, will have to sort that out very quickly then :/
