If a sign on a door inside a professional establishment says “Unauthorized Personnel Only”, does that mean everyone is allowed, no one is, or both?

Well, if you’re allowed to go in, that makes you authorized, so you can’t go in which makes you unauthorized, and being unauthorized means you are authorized to go in but that circles back around and now nobody can enter the door or the fabric of reality will come undone.

Yes.

Exactly.

I am lying.
Do you believe me?

I agree.

This statement is false.

It’s French.
Means “ one authorized personnel only”. A limit probably set by the fire marshal.

This statement is false.
If you say so.

Another deep (and slightly morbid) thought: Does a funeral home want your business, or hope you never have to do business with them?

And suddenly I feel dizzy.

I suppose the same could be said for a septic sucking service...

Again, the answer is both.

Although, I suppose they’d never be able to say “Thank you, come again!” would they?

You’ll be back, but next time they won’t be thanking you.

It means anyone who has a legit reason to be there is NOT allowed. Everyone else is.
