A house near me.
The house is 900sq.ft. tops, the shop is at least 2500.

This looks just about ideal.

Especially if you spend a lot of time outdoors. Just a little home to come home to rest in.

It kind of sticks out where it is, but if I built on the lake, I would either go cabin or a-frame.

Although that is a lot of grass to mow. I’d prefer something with a little more tree cover.

A guy I know bought a 400 sqf house, with an 8-car garage attached. The best part is his gf says he actually compromised. He was looking for a 10+ car shop and planned to basically set up a hammock in the corner.

I am perfectly content to a shop house. When I lived in Alabama, a guy built a 4000 sq ft shop with a 2000 sq ft house attached.
