I agree with him both socially and economically, so obviously he has mine too. But anyway, yeah, it’s time for people to realize that the social aspect is definitely the most important one right now. We’ve made some great progress recently, and we need to keep that momentum going. Not one of the right wing candidates would do that, and most would even take us backward.

That said, it’s looking much more likely that this guy will win it. He’s just too good at everything compared to everyone else, and when the strongest opposing candidate is also the biggest asshole in the country, well...

Went to his website. Read his proposals. Laughed. People still seriously use the term “1%”? I thought that died out years ago. Income disparity has increased because of technology, not some external nefarious force (or “rigged economic system). A single CEO in 2015 with a cell phone and Microsoft Outlook can do the same amount of work as an office of 50 people could in 1980. Why hire those other 49 people?

And seriously, wind and solar power? Sure, energy diversity is a good thing, but solar power is prohibitively expensive and wind is stupendously unreliable. We need to upgrade and reinforce the power generation systems we have in place while fusion gets finalized.

And, in this day and age, a higher minimum wage (especially $15 friggin bucks) isn’t going to help anybody. Companies are just going to turn to automation, and at a faster rate than ever. In 2020, you won’t being competing for your job with a Chinese man, you’ll be competing with a robot. Robots don’t need vacation.

I’m not taking political advice from someone who is half goat, but here we go:

-Yes, the bulk of wealth in america is in the hands of a few

-No matter what causes income inequality (over exaggerated liberal economics), no matter what reason it should not be accepted.

-Energy diversity is not what matters, we need to stop depending on fossil fuels and damaging the environment, Solar and Wind are the way to go.

-There needs to be a higher minimum wage and better work laws.
