It might be titled “Don’t be that guy”, but I don’t think they’re talking about the guy in the Jeep, because I totally would be that guy.

The problem I can see with his actions (apart from the obvious one-upmanship dumbassery) is that he dumps the offending car in a position where it prevents other people from easily entering and exiting other spaces. He should have towed it further back so as not to just pass on his annoyance and inconvenience to innocent parties.
