As I mentioned earlier in the Facebook group, the 20 years 140 thousand km clutch in my car finally gave in last tuesday and I had to take it in for repairs. The shop called me friday saying the car was ready, but because I was so tired and slept from 4 pm to 11 in the next morning, I missed their business hours and will have to wait until monday. Which is tomorrow. I just hope they didn’t screw up anything during service. The shop I took it to is a pretty reputable one, but with all the wrong documentation regarding my car, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’d installed the clutch parts from the 1.6 model, which would last me about a week or less before shattering again. Wish me luck guys...

Good luck. Glad to see you’re still alive. Has all of that craziness settled down in your neck of the woods...errr...rainforest?

More or less... the cops are back to work, not that it means a lot down here, but just the other night a medical student from another college was shot and killed for a pair of sneakers and 20 bucks.
Rumor has it the current, extremely irresponsible government won’t last much longer though, so while the chaos will be a thing to behold, things are probably getting a bit nastier in the future

Damn. Sorry to hear it. Might I suggest stealing one of Citroen’s armored vehicles and just living in it?
