Looking at getting a higher end car, Cayman, 911, M3/4, and M5 (or anything similar). Everyone I call is trying to rip me off. Thanks in advance.

I think Tesla has pretty good deals on the D.

I’m looking at caymans, corvettes and vipers. The last 2 I can find easily with full maintenance records.

What is your budget? Because a 911 even on a good deal is like $1200/month 0 down. The good thing about leasing a car that becomes a very desirable used car is if you buy it out and sell it to Carmax or privately you can get some money back which makes your actual cash outlay lower (not reflected in monthly payments).

That being said I recommend the M3/M4 as the body style is new and in 3 years yours will still look like the new models then so will be worth more than the residual.

Where is the 911 with zero down? I would get that in a heartbeat. Ideally I would like to stay under 1000 with zero down. I’ve seen people on the BMW forums get M5 and M3’s with zero down for around 950-650. I think I might go for a spartan M3. They are offering like 60%+ residuals on the M cars right now.

It’s not a lease offer I was simply calculating what the current 911 lease is from Porsche financial. With about 7% tax it’s $1271 a month if my math is correct (0 down) on a 96k carrera for 27 months and 10k miles a year. Buyout is 67k. Now that’s just the base deal I’m sure you can do better but finding a 96k sticker carrera may be tough.

The M cars would be good to lease. I’d recommend that cost wise. The money factor on the Porsche is high enough to make me consider financing were I in the market.

I think even a spartan m3 is pretty well equipped considering it’s a great car. Sure you won't have comfort access but for the thrill of an M car and saving 4k off the msrp (foregoing the executive package) I think you'll be happy.
