“ We have put 600HP through the Boxster S transaxle on very capable street tires and had no failures as of yet. ” With all this talk about how cheap the Boxter is getting, and I mean retahded cheap, the car starts to make sense for some affordable fun. Renegade Hybridz basic boxter kit ditches the 6 for an LS v8 costing only $3300 plus an LS, which we found out on this little website, that you can get one for free or little to no cost. There might be some more discussion on that 6’s reliability but for the rest of us, This v8 is a super solution.
Now, I wonder what it would take for them to start a Ford flat-plane coyote v8 928 conversion kit. Enjoy this video until their music choice starts to get in the way.
review with an LS7:
0-60....was that under 4 seconds?

RX-8’s, S-2000’s, Volvo’s, 996’s, Heck, I just saw on craigslist in my area a 2003 Cayenne SUV with a busted motor and some brake issue-haul it away for $3000. I think an LS would fix that right up!
