There is mention that something broke and it went out of the groove. As of lastnight, Dave was ok and that’s all that really mattered.

I did a rant a while back about Street Outlaws but to be honest it’s really grown on me. There’s much more perception of street racing than actually what’s going on. (Roads are blocked off, safety trucks are present. Etc)
Their cars are all pretty amazing and seeing the different between turbo vs nitrous and how they actually race different is pretty interesting.

And holy shit just watched the video and that was brutal. Glad he’s ok but I wonder if discovery was there. He was a big contender with the crazy Sonoma and this was his replacement he switched to when he gave the Sonoma back to its owner.

No, Discovery wasn’t there. We were doing video coverage of a no prep big tire and small tire class and some of the guys of Street Outlaws was there.
Max capacity record setting crowd, they had to turn people away at the gates.

That sucks, I do watch the show (fake, promoting street racing, douchebags, won’t someone think of the children) and I was excited to see this car.
His wife posted this on facebook, sounds like he got off pretty lucky. That was a rough crash.
First I need to thank all of you for your prayers! They have done X-rays and scans, we are just waiting for the results. He is in a lot of pain, pretty banged up and a serious concussion. He is talking but doesn’t remember anything or even where he is. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers and I will do my best to keep y’all updated! ~Cassi
