I was going to say, I think the “lolJapan” value comes through just fine in MXC, and the utterly idiotic overdub definitely adds a je ne sais quois. Generally a gag dub doesn’t fit the role of “replacement” of an original, but with MXC/Takeshi’s Castle, I don’t know...
