Here are all the assorted pictures from my trip to the all-Italian car show that happened this past weekend; that just so happens to be called the “Italian Happening”. Get it? Because it happens, and it had all Italian cars, and it happened...

But first, let’s get started with the bus ride from the parking lot to the event.

As it turned out, they were having a Car’s and Coffee event in the parking lot next door, so I checked it out. The $kaybait was astounding.

As was the Stefbait and K-Rollbait

There was an RM Auction going on as well!

And more $kaybait.

Now, onto the actual Italian Happenings!! :D

This Testarossa is one of SEVEN white-on-white TRs in the country(maybe the world, can’t remember?)

This is my dream cocaine dealing car.

Some Fezzas I’ve seen before showed up as well, this F430 was one of my favorites.

And this Dino!

Now for the special cars that I didn’t think were the most important, but were still cool:

First time I’d seen either of the two in person, this is one of the THREE LaFerraris in the state of Michigan, and guess who owns this one?

I’ll wait....

....

But wait, where are the Lambos??

Literally outnumbered by everyone. Only 4 showed up. A measly FOUR. It was here that I learned that apparently, Lambos are almost always outnumbered at Italian events here.

I was also able to fulfill one of my Italian dreams by being given the opportunity to sit in a Testarossa. Holy hell, that thing sits so freaking low to the ground. Hardest car I’ve ever had to get in and out of.

There was also a last-minute surprise appearance by this:

So many great cars.

I know the Alfa 4C probably out-handles the 8C in every way... but the 8C is the aesthetic object lesson for good design, and shows up the 4C as much more disjointed of an aesthetic design.

That white Testarossa is so damn clean, ughhhh I want it.

Surprised to hear that hardly any Lamborghini’s showed up, at many of the shows I go to, tons of them show up. In fact, last year I went to a show held by the local Ferrari dealership (but open to really any exotic) and it had whole row of basically just Aventadors... That said, there were not nearly as many Alfas there as there were at the show you went to.
