Well, the Autobahn at least.

Too bad even hitting that speed is harder than it looks. Too many people only topping out at 175km/hr.

Sad panda.

I work at a carwash and see a different Porsche Cayenne every day. They all have this same sticker above the ignition that says not exceed 155 mph. I wonder what suburban mother in her Cayenne would even attempt that kind of speed. Kinda fun to see though haha

Tires are probably only rated for 155. Not aware of any Z speed tires that carry high load ratings. I figure the Cayenne Turbos can outrun their tires pretty easily. Almost all rental cars in Germany have the tires speed rating on a sticker in the car. Pic is probably a rental.

That sticker is to make the driver aware tires on that car are rated to MAX 210 km/h. Rental cars have those as most rental companies nowadays are using ALL WEATHER TIRES year around. (Not as previously, switching tires acording to season.)Most are limited to 210.

When going to Germany, ALWAYS rent the BEST, FASTEST car you can afford. Sleep in Pensions or small hotels and have fun while getting there. Remember, any decent car will go 250, no problem. Therefore, always make sure it has summer tires to take advantage of the top speed, if desired.

My ex’s mom has a Cayenne Turbo S. We were driving up to Vermont for a ski trip last winter and she had it going 160-ish. Funny, because I thought they were limited to 155.
