My family are presently vacationing in Michigan (I’m not jealous... I’m NOT !), and on the way there, my mother happened to spot this. Unfortunately this is the only photo of the car and I can’t quite identify what exactly this... ...this thing ... is.
Thanks, untitledcarshow, for identifying this VPG MV-01. I was going to lose my mind trying to discover what exactly this thing was.

Vpg built in Indiana for handicapped people went out of business then back in. Metro access in DC drives them a lot

THANK YOU. I was trying to figure out if it was a locally made vehicle or some import driven in from Mexico/CA/South America or whatever.

They started using them in and around the New Haven, Ct area a few years back, and I discovered their configurator online. You could have one with a hydrogen fuel cell, leather, and chrome wheels, for an astonishing total north of $60k
