Apparently, S10s have a plastic trim piece around the tailgate handle. I never realized mine was missing its trim piece until I saw that the S10 down the street has one. $9 And two days later thanks to Amazon Prime, I gots one too.

That is probably the most lost piece of trim in GMs history, almost any older GM truck Iv’e seen loses that little trim piece. On some of the Silverados it was just stuck on with cheap double sided tape, if you dropped the tailgate too hard it fell off

Good ol’ Owensboro. Right on the Ohio River across from southern Indiana. I'm about 3.5 or so hours west of Lexington.

Oh yeah, been down to Owensboro several times. I think I’ve explored every corner of that state haha... Living out in the desert now (AZ), but Kentucky will always feel like home.

Yeah I needed a change of scenery after 18 years. Still love to go back and visit occasionally, but life out west is great!
