!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! a few weeks ago, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! was my favorite food writer. I am making these ribs today in his honor. The photo is just before I turned on the slow cooker. The only changes I made are that I doubled the vegetables and used Knorr beef homestyle gelatin stock. And fire roasted tomatoes. And a whole bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. That’s the thing about Josh’s recipes - you can tinker. Check all his videos out, but especially the sliders. North Jersey onion burgers baby!

Should also say - 4 large ribs, so I’m going 2 hours on high, then 2.5 on low. That should do it.

The way Ozersky described his seizures sounds like a guy I knew in college. He was a very fine trumpet player, but I remember when he would have his seizures, one of which came during a concert. He had a very important solo, which he nailed every single time in rehearsal, but in the show he just didn’t play. I looked down the row, and he was just sitting there, staring forward, almost lifeless. The band kept playing, and Charlie came out of it a minute or so later and tried to keep playing, but he was a bar or two behind the whole way. After the concert, he had absolutely no recollection of the event.
My mother, who used to be an EMT, always warned me that you could drown in an inch of water. What a terrible, freak accident, and your tribute is fitting. What time is dinner?
