They actually sold a very limited number of these here in the United States in the mid-2000’s. I don’t know the details, but I know that it’s legal.

There was the 8C Competizione, which came out about the time that I mentioned. However, it’s newer than 2004. I forgot the model’s name and what it looked like, and it isn’t this. I’m very sorry for getting y’all hyped, only to realize that in the end, I’m just as confused about this car’s origin as y’all are.

Very true. If I owned one I would polish the valve covers and what not as well. And probably install a different intake pre-throttle (like a CAI) simply for the look. Maybe even fabricate an aluminum coolant reservoir.
