...being 20lbs lighter than I was 8 months ago. Have something else that has lost weight but still needs to lose more.

I’m almost there myself. I was down at least 15 a month ago and hopefully lost another one or two this past month

I ran into a plateau at 15lbs at around 5 and a bit months, its taken the last 2-3 just to break that last bit. Kind of annoying, but you gotta just keep going...

I’ve been working out and eating better since I broke my back. I don’t weigh any less at all but my core is much stronger and my belly flatter.

That’s got to be my next step. I haven’t been doing any more in the way of exercise than I was 8 months ago, it’s all been portion control.

thanks man. but really i think it all comes down to starting weight. where I start, wont lie 373 pounds means I will be shedding them faster for a while than some with with a much lower BMI. luckily I’m also 6’ 2 so the weight doesn’t look as bad as it sounds on me. though now vs then I look the same. I have serious back injury and I kind of get too inactive for my own good as I went from 6 days a week gym rat weighing 230 pounds of twisted steel and sex appeal to my back hurts if i even think about standing too long. It’s been since 2009 since i was able to work out and look at me now :( oh well on the up and up and happy to be under 350 again. 300 here I come!
