That's pretty damn cool. Little too spendy for my tastes, but if I had TV money I'd definitely consider driving around in that.

My mom bought one of these for use as a daily driver. It was a LOT more fun to drive than my little Mazda B-2000. But for a high-school student, the truck was way cooler - especially since hers was booger green.
This car was the one we used when I learned how to change CV joints and clutches on FWD cars. The first clutch turned out to be the wrong part and failed three days later. Then I learned how much faster it is to replace a clutch the second time.

Booger green Hondas are a rite of passage for high schoolers. My first one was a booger green ‘76 Honda Civic.

My rite of passage was a wrecked B-2000. My mom hit an ice patch then hit a pole. I banged out the sheet metal as best I could and added a fresh layer of touch-up paint to keep the rust at bay. It wasn’t pretty....

If I could convince my wife to let me figure out a way to buy it, I’d have to get new glasses and
a haircut.

My dad had bought the Civic in California before the CAFE laws and the acid rain and polution had left a nice smog colored ring around the top where the paint was being eaten away.

My mom’s ‘83 was suffering from upper-surface paint loss. We lived in the country, so I don’t think it had anything to do with smog. Perhaps Honda had paint issues back in ‘83. Or maybe everyone kept trying to pick at it since it was booger green.
