This website is a search tool that lets you shop for ads on all of craigslist at once. Great when you are hunting for obscure cars.

Searchtempest is your friend. Only complaint is that sometimes it caches old/expired posts and shows them in the results for a while

Sometimes I brute-force search on ALL OF CRAIGSLIST with (search term) site:*craigslist.org. That way, it searches all craigslist domains for the search term, no matter where.
One of the Autotempest/Searchtempest guys actually posts on Oppo. When the latest version premiered in beta he asked for feedback here, too.

A brute force search is useful if you’re enough of a wizard that you’re looking for a car that’s not on the list and you don’t care where it is, or if you’re searching for something that’s not a car (also: “anywhere”). Otherwise, AutoTempest is usually the right choice.
