Towel City has a 14” whitewall for $145, but it’s only 25” tall - the Cokers are 27”.
In my $0.02 opinion, it seems a classic Cutlass would be better served with a set of Firestone Wide Oval raised white letter tires, or a set of redlines. It’s your car, though.
