That Falcon and the TR-6 looked like they would be so much fun. There was also a 1200 hp drag Chevelle, complete with drag bars. Playing around with the Contax 50/1.4 @ 1.4; sadly the focus doesn’t seem to line up on the sensor the way it does in the viewfinder and I missed focus on a lot of shots.

This is a nice TR6... and it kind of validates my idea for a TR6 race car.
TR6 is a body-on-frame car, and the body is mostly panel-constructed, but it is nice for being a fairly stiff car for a roadster, and it does have IRS.
I kind of wondered what a TR6 would look mostly blacked out, inside and across the top of the car. The contrast would be with the slab sides, the outer fenders and door skins, and the front and rear valances in either polished or brushed metal. (maybe a vinyl wrap over epoxy-sealed metal, to avoid rust, unlike actual unfinished metal, or a scratch on clear-coated bare metal.)
I’d also go with a warbird-style tiger shark mouth graphic coming up to the front wheel well, a few touches of red on the trim, like the center bar in the grille, and maybe white/black invasion stripes around the tail of the car.
That blacked-out hood shows how well it works on the TR6 body.
