I love Porsche as much as the next car guy...
... but they have gens? I thought it was just new or used but one rolling model for 50 years...

I was being sarcastic...
Really, they all looks so similar (and I like them regardless). I didn’t realize there were that many “generations”, and I choose 993.

That’s easy, the current gen Cayman.
I wouldn’t exactly call the 911 “sexy” but to each his own.

It’s a toss up between the 901 and 964 for me.

So good they made a 4 cylinder version so more people could enjoy it.

In my opinion, the sexiest 911 is the one in my garage.

An EXCELLENT choice! Need to be a very good 911 driver to fully appreciate it, though...

The 912 - A VERY good driver too! Having much more favorable balance with much less weight hanging behind the rear axle.

CORRECTION - After posting the above, noticed the 964 label being in place of 930 Turbo
964
Also, found 997 photos that were missing . . .

Very good choice, the 993 - also, the last air-cooled Mezger-engined road-going ‘911’ made.

But does any one generation really look that different from the next (say 1-2,2-3,3-4 etc.)
Compare it to a C1 - C7 though and the changes are very minor.
I still love Porsche, but objectively the changes are minor and the running joke about the appearance over the years is strong.

Some think, undoubtedly PORSCHE decision makers included, when there is no need to, as the original design language is still strong and very much loved, why change it...
