Best portable battery to jump car, has usb port, & ideally flashlight?

I’ve been browsing Amazon trying to find one and there are a hell lot of options. Ideally something that has prime shipping, over 4 stars, under $75, anyone have any personal experience with batteries in this range?

Antgravity Xp1, I have the XP10 and its more pricey but it rocks. Antigravity makes their own batteries and its not just Chinese junk.

I don’t know about jumping a car, but I have had great results with Anker branded batteries and other accessories.
