I had no idea these existed. An MG ZT-T V8! I saw it twice yesterday in Erie, PA. It was RHD and it sounded awesome! It also looked a lot better in person. It looked a lot like this one but with a dark blue/green color changing paint job.

Is it this one? IF so, I’ve seen it a few times.

Neat! I wonder what it was doing there. I just discovered them myself when looking through auction cars to write about. Pretty nice looking inside and out:

Hmm, can't seem to find pretty much any information whether or not this was ever legally sold in the US. I hope this isn't the case of another car going to the crusher.

4.6L?
Would this happen to be a Ford modular motor by chance?

It is historically significant and rare, so it may be legal on those accounts.

It’s some model of Ford engine as I recall. Rover spent for reasons of their own lots of money making a rwd V8 Rover 75/MG ZT to satisfy a very small market. They collapsed not long after.

AFAIK it’s from a Mustang. In Europe, everybody called it the Rover with the Mustang engine. I think they also switched from FWD to RWD.
