(keep in mind its your opinion vs my car so i’ll probably end up doing what i want to do anyway ;) )

I like the way it turned out although the flat black paint i bought turned out to flat gray so i’ll probably end up doing it again with a proper flat black

BUT

i’m really happy with how the silver lettering turned out, gives it that polished aluminum look to it (aka how its supposed to look in the first place)

I think that when you get the flat black it will look sharp, but my valve covers are orange so what do I know?

I love polished valve covers as much as everyone else but mine isn’t a show car and probably wouldn’t stay polished for very long

After about 20 seconds of googling i found out they do, although it didn’t even cross my mind to think about that since i did the valve covers with leftover paint i found lying around

I use flat black rustoleum on my brake rotors. It holds up very well.
