Show me a wheel that you can look at and instantly know which vehicle it came from.
The rules are simple: it has to be OEM and can either be a regular wheel or a wheel cover.
I’ll nominate the first-gen Dodge/Plymouth Neon wheel cover. Show this to just about anyone who was around in the mid-90s and they’ll probably be able to tell you that it came off a Neon.

Ronal is the king of ironically cool wheels. You can’t take a car with teddybear wheels seriously, just as you can’t take any Ronal Turbo equipped car is insanely cool unless the owner takes it too seriously.

I thought of two that, like the Beetle, are really unlikely to be found on anything else. Partly due to hub pattern, partly style.

Self-Explanatory Porsche 911. The polished one looks with logo looks better.
Below are some unforgettable Brazilian classics. They are ugly, but imprinted on our collective memories, can’t unsee them.
It’s a Brazilan thing. GM Monza. This design only came on this car. Never was reused. If it was placed in another car we would say “it’s using Monza wheels”.
There are a couple more. Can’t unsee VW Santana with the “Orbital”. Yes, people love their 18”. That’s why you can’t forget, how ridiculous they look. Go wash your brain after seeing. The dimensions vary with each size. They can be either cap or full wheel.

love the P-type wheels but they got put on the celica GT-S too, and maybe the 86 as well, though that may just be a popular swap.

Just the Celica GTS. The 86 never got those wheels. Being that the Celica Supra and Celica Celica were so similar at the time, I think it’s fine.

They are forged magnesium wheels and quite light (9.5kg for the wheel, 1.9 for the covers). The cover is for brake cooling. Their design was derided for looking too much like plastic hub covers and making the tires look like whitewalls.

‘95 Cobra R wheels. It was THE wheel in the mid to late ‘90s for Mustang and Fords. It was so popular that I have I have seen it on non fords as well. I have seen them on Nissan 300zx, Mitsu 3kGT, Mazda RX7s and a ton of other 5x5.45 cars and trucks.

The best part is that white hubcaps were available for white Neons! I like how the plastic cover has 5 nut holes even though the actual wheels only has 4 lugs :p
