I ran a 5K today and got my best time so far. Tracking told me I was at 6:30 at the first mile which is a blazing 9 mph or so. I finished 12th of 264 which led me to believe I’d be getting a ribbon for my age group but no I was 5th for that. I still got my best time by about a minute better than the last race at 22:07
Now its time for beer and Chinese food

I hate running. My 5k (kilometres) is low 30s last time I did one. My brother is under 20 I think.

Just by finishing your better than 95% of the people in this country. You’re brother is a crazy person. I thought my time was sick and getting under 20 is insane.

He is nuts. I don’t really work out ever. I’ll play just about any sport though.
