in about 4 hours I will be going to see Slayer at the venue right around the corner from my house. And yeah I just posted this because it makes me feel like I tagged an overpass with their logo - like every overpass I remember seeing in the 80’s-90’s. The one on the way to my church growing up had Slayer tagged on there, juxtaposed with goddamn White Lion on the other side.
So here you are, Slayer juxtaposed with White Lion, you figure it out

I love slayer. The opening to Reign in Blood has to be one of the most iconic metal openings ever.
I have yet to see them in concert or Metallica. Honestly the only Big 4 band I've seen is Megadeth.

True story.
My mom told me she didn’t like my Motley Crue record, and didn’t want it in the house anymore. I (like an idiot, as if I couldn’t just hide it under my bed) had my girfriend hold it for me.
When I (finally) got it back, there were scratches on
both
sides of the record.
