Jet powered race car?
I had the pleasure of watching one of these go by on it’s way to the track last weekend. It’s nuts.
It was actually the only one that wasn’t in this exhibition.
It was this one.

I think my favourite thing about those race cars (apart from the noise) is the lack of wings. Why? Because magic.

Tickover was something like 20 or 30,000 rpm and it went up to about 65,000. Lots of noise.
