Hello there, new EIC Waymoe here.

I am wantings to talk abouts the new changes I will be making as the new EIC (official announcement to follow). The new following new changes are effective as of 2pm EST today 6/11/15 (11/6/15 for our Yurop friends):

1. Miatas are banned. They are nice little roadsters but stop.

2. BMW is no longer bloated. You gained 20 pounds since you were 15 years old but you are not bloated. BMW is not bloated, they are older.

3.Raphel Orlove is now my second in command. I am reward his persevereance. Hate him Orlove him.

5. The number 4 is banned. Everything is now 3 cyl or 6+. If you dont liek that go to fuck a camel.

6. Volvos were never really cool and now the R line is cosmetic only. They are volvo.

7. Saab rhymes with Sob for a reason.

8. Beige is banned. The word beige. Color is ok.

8. You must adress me as Your Royal Editor Waymoe the Third. Raphael is Lady Orlove as he is my hand maiden (because of the hand jobs).

9. Wouldn’t it be tight if everyone was chill to each other?

10. Mods have the final sayings. If you dont like that, Waymoe is sorry.

11. Waymoe is love. Waymoe is life.

12. Waymoe is also EIC.

14. Unicorn is banned. They are not real, like a cool saab.

Can we stop the drooling over manual transmissions? They're fun on an open road, but in traffic and on long drives, they can be a bit of a bear. Plus, nowadays autos are faster and more efficient.

How are they a bear on long drives? It’s easy to drive a manual on a long drive you just put it in 5th and away you goooooooooooooo 600 kms later when you stop you shift down again.

They typically maintain higher revs at highway speeds than their automatic counterparts. That NVH can grow to be annoying.

That’s highly incorrect, it depends entirely on the gearing of the transmissions. In the majority of cases the automatic transmission with more gear simply means the ratios are spaced closer together, but the top gear is still the same ratio.

I dunno. I’ve been in auto and stick versions of the same cars (Yaris and Mustang GT), and in both cases the auto one has been quieter at highway speeds (both stick cars were in their highest gears).
