Kinja'd!!!

I’ve tried many devices in my car to keep it smelling fresh, but many just don’t work.

I work several days a week cleaning stalls on a horse farm and between residual dirt (horse crap), and the fact that it frequently sits in the sun, it gets quiet...ripe. So I was wondering, what do you use? Because having to manually febreeze my car every time I get home from work to keep it from smelling like the north end of a south-bound horse is getting to be a pain in the butt (*badum tiss*). Thanks!

That would honestly smell better than what I’m currently dealing with

Black Ice. Hate on it all you want for 1) smelling like a guido orgy if you open it all the way instead of following the directions 2) for naming it after something (I don’t think) has a smell.

However, if you follow the opening directions, it eventually smells like fresh laundry.

If you have the funds and the resources, i’d try to find a Ted Shred’s Air Freshener. They cost like $6 online a few years back, but the company has since gone under. That being said, you can occasionally find them for sale online new.

Get some odor eliminator with a scent you like and flush the A/C system. That should help quite a bit. If you don't know what I'm talking about Chemical Guys has a video on it on YouTube

One of those boxes of baking soda that’s designed to be open with the dryer sheet-like screen on the top that keeps it from spilling. But I hate artificial scents (and I REALLY hate the smell of febreeze).

A guido orgy is a very accurate way of describing the douchiness that is a black ice tree freshener. I once saw a bro truck with, literally, at least 25 of those hanging. I don’t even want to think about how awful that truck smelled.

I have no solution for that.

Thank you! My brother has a black ice tree hanging in his room. I refuse to go in there now.

Hit up Bed Bath and Beyond and grab a bunch of the Yankee Candle scenty things that clip into the air vents. After flushing the AC as ViperGuy mentioned.

I just smoke a bunch of cigars in it, that overpowers any other odors.

Vanillarama air freshener $1 or less at car wash. Rip the seal at top, but don't take the wrapper off. Lasts about a month then rip more exposing the top last about another 2-3weeks. Expose the full tree, lasts another 2-3weeks. Repeat.

Open windows and a clean car with no trash inside.

Go to home depot or Lowe’s, look in the isle where they have the heater filters, they have whole home air fresheners, get 2 , rip em open and throw them under the seats. They over power everything. You can also stop by a bmw dealership, they sell the odoor bombs for 14 or 15 bucks.. fire one up to deodorize the vents, put the a.c. on recirculation and full blast

When I got my VW Scirocco, it had sat, closed up, for nearly twenty years, with a full ashtray. It was pretty bad. This stuff (along with a thorough cleaning of every single surface) went a long way to making it smell bearable: http://www.amazon.com/Ozium-Eliminat… .

Honestly, none! I can’t stand air fresheners. I just keep my car clean and let the automotive smells fill the cabin. If I do need to remove a smell, I use an automotive deodorizer.

I like to make a little potpourri of burning rubber, burning brakes, and burning clutch.

Just roll with the windows down for a few weeks dude. It'll air out. Air fresheners will just make it smell like ass and pine trees instead of just ass.

The issue is that I would have to continually air it out because it constantly is getting funked up from my job, and keeping the windows down all the time in Pennsylvania is a dangerously wet proposition
