He parked in the exit after he failed to fit it in the hash lines of the handicap spot. Luckily I was turning right when I left because I wouldn't be able to see oncoming traffic.

It’s a LR — it probably just happened to break down there! In 20 minutes, you would have seen the tow truck.

I would agree but I watched the guy try to squeeze into the too narrow hashed off area for the handicap spot. When that failed he did a 7 point turn and parked in the exit instead of going to the side lot and have to walk an extra 50 feet
