I agree with you, it wasn’t really a good race car. It has a fairly dismal record. The funny thing is, it won it’s only race because it was reliable, mazda de-tuned the hell out of the engine, and all the other C2 class cars almost all had engine problems thanks to the new 3.5 L regs
