a quick google search confirmed my suspicion that it can be used as a rocket fuel. so I’d guess it burns pretty good.

They actually used it as a fuel way back. Low Octane rating though, so it won’t give you much power, and it will use hug amounts of fuel.

And before you start thinking about converting your Otto engine to run on Ammonia you better be prepared to lower the compression.. like REALLY lower the compression.

Anhydrous ammonia and hydrogen with chromate is used in rv refrigeration, not leveling the fridge can result in the chromate crystalizing and then the ammonia eats through the pipe And spills over the burner...which is bad.
