... I was offered this one. 4.40 x 2.70 meters. For the metrically-deficient: 14.5 x 8.9 feet. They said they had multiple of them. Some people really do have a sense of humor. My Peugeot 406 coupe is already 4.62 meters long, the mk3 Focus wagon 4.56m. The BX would fit, barely, at 4.24m. Only the 205 GTI would fit comfortably, but that’s a 1980s subcompact.

No, marketed as a garage. Originally built as a garage as well, in the 60s or so when cars were tiny (here).

Its like that in the U.K. also. Cars have increased in size by apparently 22% in the last 20 years yet garages on new house builds haven’t changed at all so people with anything larger than a Vauxhall/Opel Astra have to simply park outside and use the garage as storage or brick up the garage door and put a window or door in and have it as an extra down stairs room.

Ruddy ridiculous really.
