Black Diamond chalk is good, I’ve had good luck with Metolius chalk as well.

I've often wondered how quickly I'd be dragged out of my truck and cuffed if I was pulled-over driving home from bouldering... It looks especially bad since I buy gymnastic chalk in 5 lb boxes and grind it myself and keep it in quart sized ziplock bags...

That just has bad news all over it.

I came home once and my older sister who worked at a piercing shop was cutting tiny 1oz bags of sea salt from this big mound (given to customers after getting a piercing). I walked in and thought we were getting into business. Apparently not.

Gotta take care of those fingers. I’ve been fortunate to not have a flapper in over a year. The times I have gotten some nice deep ones were on some sharper edges the same hold three sets in a row.

I hate that hold.
