someone asks you what your favorite car is?

How can I choose just one! ITS SO HARD.

I usually just pick a white F-40 and be done with it.

I say that my favorite depends on what type of car they’re asking about. Usually for overall favorite I just pick a super car. Like this.

I don’t have a favorite. Any car could have legend status. The ONLY car that i’ve seen in person that I actually felt total joy was an LFA. No car have done it since then.

I will explain that it’s like asking somebody to choose their favorite child. If pushed I say a 1969 Mustang Mach I with a 428 Cobra Jet and a shaker scoop. That sort of specificity usually shuts them up.

Have you ever heard one in person though? When I was at a C&C my dad casually said to the owner of one "What would it take you to rev it" and the owner said "Not much." He got in it and I heard some amazing noise. I love the LFA.

I don’t have one. That’s like asking my favourite song. So I usually try to avoid common answers like the F40, Countach or F1. But to give an answer and not sound like a car Hipster I say BMW M5 E34.

My #2 is a 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 428. I’m one of the weird ones that prefers the 70 body to the 69. It’s something with the rear. Probably those concave taillights on the 70

Usually I say a Viper because that really is my favorite car(and has been since the first time I saw a picture of one)

But if I know that they know a negative amount of information about cars I might say something crazy like, “the Ferrari Aventador PGTX1000 Twin Turbo Hypersport, duh!” to see if they believe me. If they don’t believe that, I may tone it down a bit and say, “Nah, I’m just kidding. My favorite car is actually the McLaren 918 Scuderia.”

They’re at least extremely reliable and the engine has a decent revvyness to it, so they redeem themselves a little. I still dont like driving them though.
