Eddy Merckx’s Hour Record bike. A 5.5Kg swiss cheese special, built for a the most accomplished rider in the history of ever to fulfill the other half of the career goals he stated in his first interview (the other was the Tour de France).
Modern aerodynamic wonderbikes would be the Look 795 aerolight. Normally I’m a level top tube kind of guy, but Look has to be the most innovative company around nowadays and I have to respect that.

Bonus points for going with bicycles, haha
Not enough of an aficionado to know the real history behind these, but 5 and a half kilograms is insane for a bicycle. Also, the wheels on that Look are very slick.

Yeti’s mountian bikes are pretty badass! Though if we’re talking motorcycles, nothing is cooler to me than a Moto Guzzi V7 stone!

My father owned a K1200LT and an R1100GS when I was little. He special-ordered the K-series from Germany in 1997, with every option available . In 2008, he traded the 1997 K-series on a 2005 R-series. Since then, he's had the enduro bike, and loves it dearly. Sadly, it almost never gets ridden anymore.
That's why I'd pick a new R1200GS as my bike
