best case scenario it needs a starter.
Worst case scenario you can’t put plates on it, but it’s worth more than 250$ in spare parts.
Hell, even the scrapyard will give you more than that.

the most worrying thing is the bill of sale issue... I’m not familiar with the US laws concerning that, but it looks fishy.
Also, I’m curious about the state of the whole car. the sole blurry picture and the fact it’s classified as a ‘’salvage’’ raises a few alarms.
